No. Where Is Pocket Jesus is about building a community rooted in hope, faith, and prayer—bringing people together and helping unite or reunite them with God. While many people participate by randomly placing Pocket Jesus figures for others to find, our mission goes a step further by inviting individuals to share their stories and what finding a Pocket Jesus meant to them.

You are welcome to participate whether the Pocket Jesus you found came from Where Is Pocket Jesus or from another source

Currently, each Pocket Jesus figurine distributed by Where Is Pocket Jesus is marked on the bottom with the hashtag #WIPJ.

To help spread the mission, we encourage anyone who shares a photo of, or with their Pocket Jesus on social media, to include the hashtag #WIPJ in their post.

Where Is Pocket Jesus is not centered on any one religion. It’s a faith-based project designed to help people connect—or reconnect—with God through grace. No matter your religious background or beliefs, we believe the most important thing is your personal relationship with God. Our hope is that Where Is Pocket Jesus helps begin or strengthen that relationship.

No donation is required to take part in any of the features that Where Is Pocket Jesus offers. Donations are completely optional, but they do help keep this mission going by supporting the costs of supplies, maintaining the website and domain, purchasing figurines, and designing, printing, packaging, and distributing faith cards.

Where Is Pocket Jesus is currently run by a one-person team. Please allow up to two weeks for your pre-made bags to be  and shipped. Once your package is ready, expedited shipping options are available.

At this time, we offer one print option for our pre-made bags. In the future, we plan to introduce additional designs so you’ll have more options to choose from when placing your order.

There’s no limit on how many times you can submit a photo. We encourage you to share as often as you’d like—especially during moments when you experience His grace. As long as photos pass review, they will be shared on our Instagram page. Please note that not all submissions will be featured on the website.
